Hi, I’m Vivian Tsang. After more than 15 years in luxury merchandising with Dior, Dunhill, and Bulgari, I’ve learned that true success in this industry comes from balancing creative passion with strategic clarity. My experience across Hong Kong, London, and Shanghai has shown me how brands can flourish when artistic vision meets structured, data-driven execution. I founded Alliage Consulting on that very principle — that great products alone aren’t enough.
